Covid And The NBA

     Covid began December 30 2019. At the beginning of covid, no one seemed to care. Everyone kept on doing whatever they have been doing in their regular life. In a couple of weeks, Covid began to be a problem and the cases started to spread fast. Sports needed to find a solution to keep playing. The NBA stopped playing for a couple of weeks. They also needed to find rules to keep them to playing their game. Covid is becoming a much bigger issue for the NBA. The NBA needes to create rules to solve the problem of playing during Covid. One solution was the space bubble rule. The rule was that you can not be a couple inches close to a player. That rule did not go as the NBA planned. So the rule was gone after the first game played with the rule in place. Another rule they put in place is that the team would go to the state with fewer cases of covid to play their game. A New Beginning

World war 1 was the first war the world was involved in. The war lasted a whole four years. Men who were not part of the army were now part of the army because they needed as many people as they could get. But there is much more than just that. Society changed a lot during the war. People around the country died, over 8.5 million soldiers died and 13 million civilians died. The map of Europe has changed forever. Also before the war there were 19 maradachies 3 republicans after war there were 13 madarachies and 14 republicans. The war made the whole country so different from what it is today. When the war was going on The spanish flu went to europe. Europe was in a very bad sichiwastion because they would now lose the war because they would have a lot less people in the army. The game of Basketball was Originated in 1891, by A Canadian man named James Naismith. James Naismith was a YMCA Training teacher at Springfield Massachusetts. But did he know that basketball was going to be something bigger. It was a cold day at the YMCA and Naismith's boss asked him to make a game that can be played indoors. When Naismith was making the game he thought of his childhood game that he played, duck on a rock. The game would not be about strength it would be about but skill.
